Microboards Technology ships each PC-connect product with the USB 2.0 cabling that meets our recommended specifications. Using any cabling longer than that which we ship is neither recommended nor supported. read more (51 words)

Print Factory, DX-1, DX-2, and GX-1 will not be supported by the Windows XP 64 Bit Operating System.

There is also no current support for Windows Vista for these models.

If your recorder has support for 4x DVD Media, then the recorder will be able to record onto 8x and 16x DVD media, it will just slow down to the maximum speed of the recorder.
